DHS=Phoenix Program
Hello, I am James Bradley, son of John Bradley. Our father-son story was told by Steven Spielberg and Clint Eastwood in their movie Flags of Our Fathers.

Trump is using my Dad, John Bradley, in his image-making. Mr. President, you have your own father. His name was Fred.

Problem . . . these pressititutes doing the Defense Department’s bidding

People ask me why it took me over 10 years to write Precious Freedom. The big reason it took so much time was that I had to unwind from the US government propaganda regarding the American War in Vietnam foisted upon us by Walter and Ken.

This little CIA prick who helped invent the Phoenix Program—William Colby–could torture, rape, and kill any Vietnamese he wanted – all because Washington said he could. Tossing gooks out of helicopters was big fun for some Americans. And we knew what was happening. There’s an older CIA Director Colby with Vice President Rockefeller and NSC Director Brent Snowcraft.

William Colby testified to Congress that he and his fellow Americans of the Phoenix Program kidnapped, tortured, and murdered over 80,000 mostly innocent and bewildered civilians, including many women. If an ex-Nazi had testified such, he would have been manacled on the spot.

Notice that Miss Tu doesn’t have a right arm. The Americans cut it off with no anaesthetic. Young American males in the Phoenix Program had the power to detain and molest Vietnam women. One American told me, “The war might not have lasted so long if the Vietnamese women had not been so pretty.” This is part of what Ms. Tu told me it was like to be “invited” to be with Americans:
They spread my legs and pulled my pants down. They put a beer bottle in me and broke it with a brick while it was inside me. I wouldn’t talk. Mr. Mark leaned over me, pinched my face and said, “You’re so pigheaded.” Then they used a rifle and stuck it up in my private parts. Mr. Mark watched the traitors torture me. I was not afraid. I didn’t cry. It hurt so much. There was a lot of blood. But I didn’t talk. Mr. James, I am crying in front of you now, but back then I didn’t cry or scream. I didn’t say one word.

Doug Valentine‘s documentation of the CIA’s behavior in Vietnam is so astonishing that I had to read his books three times. If you think you know something about the American War in Vietnam, take a tour with Doug and then see what you think.

The Phoenix Program was a CIA kidnap, torture, kill program in Vietnam. After September 11th our Washington masters built DHS upon the bureaucratic skeleton of the Phoenix Program. Studying the Phoenix Program is not an exercise in old history. The American bureaucrats were rapists and murders, but they took good notes and they built a wonderful blackmail/murder system.
Recently, I caught up with Doug and asked him to explain in a nutshell his statement, “The Department of Homeland Security is the grown-up Phoenix program.” Here’s Doug:
“The Department of Homeland Security is the Phoenix Program reborn. The Phoenix Program in Vietnam coordinated all the intelligence and it was aimed at so-called “communists” and anybody who opposed the South Vietnamese government. That is exactly what the Department of Homeland Security does. DHS is being aimed at anyone the politicians want it aimed at. DHS is not yet the kidnapping, assassination, torture and murder vehicle which the Phoenix Program was, but similar systems are in place…the computer systems, law enforcement systems, political systems. A Vietnamese informant told me, “Systems are how governments suppress people.” If there is an uprising in America, anyone and everyone can be wiped out at the direction of whoever has political power. Back in the 1960s and 1970s “terrorists” were overseas. Then after September 11th, “terrorists” came to America and we thought “the enemy within.” Now the word “terrorists” has been normalized and domesticated. There’s a lot of talk about civil war coming in America. Maybe yes, maybe no. But if it’s only civil disobedience, the people in power have the systems to suppress anyone they want. Anyone can be named a “terrorist.”
It’s starting now with illegal immigrants.
DHS has control of many systems and they are already activated. With 9 -11, George Bush was in office and his Homeland Security baby grew into the full-fledged Department of Homeland Security. Now they have merged civil society systems with government systems to identify and arrest so-called “terrorists.” But the “terrorists” can be you or me. These systems have been perfected every day for over twenty years. Tom Ridge was the first head of Homeland Security. General Bruce Waller was the first Chief of Staff. The US Northern Command is supporting all this. We are talking about the militarization of law enforcement from Tom Ridge to Kristi Noam.
People in 2025 say to me, “Doug, there’s no kidnapping, torture and murder going on through DHS like there was in the Phoenix Program in Vietnam.” But they are looking at the wrong thing. Whoever controls the US government has the power to blackmail, to ruin people and companies. Here’s an important point. The infamous CIA operative in Saigon– Lucien Conean, who was involved with the overthrow and assassination by the CIA of South Vietnam’s President Diem — said this: “The Phoenix Program is the greatest blackmail scheme ever invented.” If a corporation does something which those in political power do not like, the government — through DHS — will find something wrong and then that corporation is in big trouble. We have to wake up. DHS has the ability to blackmail and control America’s critical infrastructure: transportation, oil, high-tech communications, the internet. My God, our elected officials through this Phoenix Program-masquerading-as-the- DHS has the ability to shut down all communications in the United States! This has never happened before. I issue this wake-up call to my American friends: the Phoenix Program has now come home to roost and it became the DHS with the ability to blackmail political enemies.
It’s a brilliant blackmail scheme. Just like in Vietnam, “Do what I want or you will be in trouble.” If a company in Vietnam wanted a contract, the CIA would say, “Pay up, cooperate, do what we want or your name will be on the blacklist.” My God, anyone would pay extortion money not to be on the Phoenix Program’s blacklist, which was a kill list. And now the Phoenix Program’s offspring – DHS–has the power to control, to blackmail, to censor…and more as it continues to grow in power.”

The Phoenix Program moving from the CIA dirtbags in Vietnam is not a recent phenomenon. From Presidents LBJ to Trump, the Phoenix Program has been silently gestating into today’s DHS.

From Tom Ridge flashing asinine colored warnings to Bambi on patrol, the Phoenix Program has been morphing into DHS.

My Dad used to guard the entrance to the Oval Office. But now Trump pulled John Bradley into the Oval to get his enhanced TV shot.

My father – John Bradley — distained this “hero” stuff and he didn’t like war. I wish the president would leave him alone.

Pay close attention to this session with journalists in the Oval office. Listen closely to Steven Miller, Kash Patel and Pam Bondi describe the reach of their government power. Hear Doug Valentine telling you these are the new William Colbys and DHS is Phoenix:
Presidential Aide: “In recent weeks, months and years, we’ve seen a tremendous upsurge in some highly visible acts of domestic terrorism and organized political violence being perpetrated by radical, politically motivated groups all over the country. What this presidential memorandum will do is set off an administration-wide response to that, ranging from the Joint Terrorism Task Forces to other components of the Department of Justice to the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Treasury. We’re looking at interdicting these groups, preventing them from performing acts of violence and also looking at sources of organization and funding and support that prop them up and allow them to do the acts that they have been doing.”
Steven Miller: “This is a very historic and significant day. This is the first time in American history that there is an all-of-government effort to dismantle left-wing terrorism, to dismantle Antifa, to dismantle the organizations that have been carrying out these acts of political violence and terrorism. What we have seen — if you look at whether it be going back to the riots that started with Black Lives Matter and all the way through to the Antifa riots, the attacks on ICE officers, the doxing campaigns and now the political assassinations — these are not lone, isolated events. This is part of an organized campaign of radical left terrorism. It is terrorism on our soil. We are now going to use the entire force of the federal government to uproot these organizations, root and branch.”
Kash Patel: “The FBI and our premier flagship enterprise — the Joint Terrorism Task Force — are honored to lead this initiative with our partners at Treasury and Homeland Security, citizens are being attacked by organized violence which is being paid for — not by them — but by other people. So what we are going to do — combining forces, as Scott and I have done in these last few months — is follow the money. People and organizations have collected funds and put them out into the streets of America and organized violence across our country, and thanks to your recognition of this and this executive order and the AG’s leadership to find out and prosecute these individuals, we are properly going to chase them down like the domestic terrorists that they are.”
Journalist: “Specifically who do you want to target? What? Besides Antifa? Is there a specific group or person you’re targeting this?”
Trump: “Any organized group who is committing these crimes.”

I was upset when I journeyed all over Vietnam to learn how America bullied Vietnamese women. Washington told us we were protecting South Vietnam, but we saturated it with bombs and chemicals. That’s me with Thuong, poisoned by the Agent Orange which my taxpayer Dad unwittingly funded.
